1. What will you experience in the class?
You will not only get to knead and roll 12 dumpling wrappers, but also get to learn the very traditional ways to fold and seal them into great shapes. If you don’t have any cook experience, that will be totally fine. Our master chef will be your tutor all the time. At the end of the class, we will steam your dumplings at our kitchen. You can taste them right away or take them home if you want!
2. How long is the class? With how many people? Where does it host?
The class will last for 60 minutes that may vary from 10 to 15 minutes, with maximum 4 participants. It will be hosted in Qing Xiang Yuan Dumplings Restaurant, the address is: 2002 S Wentworth Ave, Chicago.
3. Does it charge any fee?
The class is completely free, including the teaching and the tasting.
4. How do I register? Can I bring my friends??
You can register here, right now! You can definitely bring your companies. We DO NEED EVERYBODY in your group to register individually. The final date will be confirmed by us via email/phone based on the number of participants.
5. Additional Information
-To ensure the safety of every participant, the minimum age of the participant is at least 16 years old.
-Please check-in at least 15 minutes before the class begins.
-Please do not be late. You will be unable to attend class if late arrival.
-After register, you will get an auto reply email with more details about the class. But the FINAL CONFIRMATION will be sent by us via email/phone based on the number of participants and anticipated operation conditions.
-Please do not come over to the class directly unless you get our confirmation email/phone.
-In order to create and guarantee a comfortable and relaxing environment in our class, we will randomly select the participants if the class exceeds it capacity.
-The dumpling flavors will be decided by the master chef based on the number of participants.
-Our dumpling-making class is an experience class. If you expect to systematically learn dumplings-making skills, you will need the long-term learning and professional training.
-Please notify us in advance if you have any food allergy.
-After registration, if you need to reschedule or cancel the class, please notify us a week in advance by email.
